What you get
Each day, Lead Feed collects new operating-authority filings and insurance filing changes published in public FMCSA datasets and packages them as a CSV file. Each row includes the USDOT number, docket number, company name, event type and date, insurer (on insurance rows), and contact details published with the record. Every row links back to the public source dataset.

Operating authority has been granted by FMCSA.
The carrier has applied for operating authority, but it is not active yet. For example, the application was just published or is still being processed.
An existing carrier's insurance filing changed, for example a policy was cancelled or replaced.
